Former McMaster student Nancy Naylor has been recently appointed Deputy Minister of Education for the province of Ontario.

 

Following graduation, Nancy stayed involved with McMaster by being a founder member of the MSU Alumni Association and more recently, was a keynote speaker at Student Recognition Night in March 2015, receiving the MSU Alumni Association's Lifetime Achievement Award for Leadership.

Beginning in 2001, she has served as an assistant deputy minister in four ministries, providing advice on education, post secondary education, tax policy and health care.
